Our home

is centrally air-conditioned for your convenience, as well as ceiling fans in guests rooms and on cooler nights we have electric fireplaces.





Garden

Enjoy the quiet and private setting in the backyard garden, relax under the gazebo, or sit by the hot tub in the Adirondack chairs. And don't forget your bathing suites. Check out the many varieties of plants and flowers that surround the yard and watch for the hummingbirds and the resident frogs and goldfish in the pond.




Wifi

We know everyone has very busy lives and even when away on holiday you need to stay connected to business and family, we offer all our guest free WiFi when staying at demi’s place







Guests Rooms

We offer a king size bed in our Festival and Vineyard Rooms and a queen size bed in our Falls Room,

all with recently renovated on-suite bathrooms. (When booking the Vineyard Room please indicate if you want the twin beds or king bed configuration) otherwise we will set it up with the king bed.

Upcoming Events


As the spring/summer season is upon us, unfortunately because of the continuing influence of Covid-19, many events and activities have been either cancelled or modified this year.

Wineries are Open but with limited capacity for wine tastings and offering creative ways to providing social distancing for everyone, book your reservation early. Wineries in Niagara winesinniagara.com the association represents wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake, has released a list of when its members wineries are planning to reopen. Check out for local wineries and any updates as they reopen.

Ghost Tours are back at Fort George. continuing for the summer, Experience Fort George after dark! Join them for a candlelit tour, where you will hear a score of ghostly accounts while being introduced to the fascinating history of haunted Fort George and Niagara-on-the-Lake. The tours typically run for 1.5 hours.

Would you like to join a guided tour of Niagara-on-the-Lake? Niagara Historical Museum offers weekend walking tours starting in the Queen’s Royal Park at the Gazebo. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the time of the tour. Tour size is limited to 6 people for social distancing. More information can be obtained at the NOTL Historical Museum which is open Thursdays to Mondays 10am-5pm.

Shaw Festival performances return this year. Check the festival link for a list of Plays this year: The Shaw will be adding more seats so tickets are available!

Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours Get soaked or stay dry…both options are available! Many of Niagara Parks attractions are now open again. Their online COVID-19 Information Centre is there to help you plan your visit. Whitewater Walk, Aerocar, Butterfly Conservatory, etc. are all open. The Niagara Parks Power Station officially opens this summer. Guests will experience a multi-sensory daytime experience, watch the dormant station come to life through an immersive sight & sound show! This immersive experience features incredible 3D projection, interactive moments of wonder, and a breathtaking musical score in the heart of the power station. The Shaw Guild Garden Tour will back for another season, check for dates. Start dreaming about all the beautiful gardens in NOTL! IT’S BACK! @NiagaraWineFest is gearing up with a new outdoor concert series and two weekends of Discovery Pass touring at 20 of your favourite Niagara wineries! Fort George Halloween Ghost Tours return this October, join them for their special Halloween Tours of Fort George! It’s the perfect time of year for a good ghost story!

The NOTL Rotary was forced to cancel in 2020 the holiday house tour, but it is now on this year. Holiday House Tour on Dec. 1st & 2nd 2023!
