Canada Day in the Park! 2019


COME CELEBRATE CANADA WITH US!

July 1, 2019. FREE ENTRY.

Rotary Pancake Breakfast A fabulous, fluffy pancake breakfast and sizzling barbecue lunch are provided by the Rotary Club of Niagara-on-the-Lake at Simcoe Park. Enjoy music in the park all day.Location: Simcoe Park, 8:00 – 10:00 am Canada Day ParadeThe annual Canada Day Parade accompanied by the 41st Regiment Fife and Drum Corp starts on Queen Street and ends in Simcoe Park, where a giant cake is provided by Willow Cakes and Pastries.  Evening Celebrations at Fort GeorgeThe evening entertainment and fireworks are presented by Fort George and Parks Canada with a barbecue provided by the Friends of Fort George.Barbecue begins at 5:00 pm. Fireworks begin at 10:00 pm.

Artistry by the Lake

More than 80 local artists and artisans gather to showcase their craft, from glasswork to jewellery to photography. Find high quality, handcrafted projects, presents and décor, while supporting our community.

Walking Tours of Old Town

Join tour guides from the Niagara Historical Society & Museum for a walking tour of one of Niagara’s most charming and historically-rich areas. Old Town is full of beautiful gardens, eclectic shops and heritage buildings. Your well-versed tour guide will be able to tell you all about the sites as you enjoy this picturesque route for a perfect summer day. Tickets: $10 and include Museum admission

It’s a great party for a great cause. Featuring amazing icewine cocktails, beer and food, donated by local wineries, breweries and restaurants. 

Guests are asked to dress in black and white, smart casual attire. Proceeds from this event go to a local cause.
